OneWater Marine Holdings, which sells under the Singleton Marine Group brand, is now the exclusive Malibu and Axis Wake Research dealer for Alabama.

The company also said Rambo Marine will become part of the OneWater Marine and Malibu groups. That brings the number of Alabama locations for the company to five, serving every major Alabama lake.

Singleton Marine Group is a top-performing dealer for Malibu and has had customer-service scores in the top 10 percent since the inception of the partnership.

Rambo Marine has been an inboard dealer for more than 28 years with multiple CSI awards and has consistently been listed among the Top 100 dealers by Boating Industry magazine.

“We are very excited,” Malibu CEO Jack Springer said in a statement. “Now that Rambo Marine is a part of the Marine Holdings and Malibu family, you have two top dealers with appealing locations partnered to exclusively deliver the best and highest quality towboat available. It is a tremendous win for customers in Alabama. It gives our customers an incredible choice of locations, and service that’s among the best in the United States. We could not be more pleased and excited about this partnership.”

“In partnership with Malibu, the top-performing towboat company in the world, we are excited to now offer an unrivaled experience for customers across the entire state of Alabama,” OneWater Marine Holdings CEO Austin Singleton said.

“With the addition of Rambo Marine to our OneWater Marine family of dealerships, the Malibu and Axis ownership experience in Alabama has taken a dramatic leap forward. For more than 25 years I have watched, listened and learned from Scooter as he’s built his dealership in an adjacent territory to ours. I have admired his approach, appreciated his integrity and considered him a mentor to me. I’m honored and excited to have him as a part of our team and believe he and his son Bennett, as well as the entire Rambo Marine team, will help OneWater seize the incredible opportunity that lies before us across the entire state of Alabama."

Rambo Marine founder Scooter Rambo said the partnership will enable the company to deliver additional service to customers.

“It also gives us the opportunity to offer the No. 1-selling inboard boat on the market, Malibu and Axis, at both our Huntsville and Birmingham locations, as well as the new location at Smith Lake,” Rambo said. “On a recent visit to the Malibu/Axis plant, we were amazed at the quality, innovation and pride that goes into every new Malibu/Axis product. It is easy to see why Malibu is No. 1.”
