Malibu Boats launched its new M235, the boat the company said garnered it an invitation to the U.S. Naval Academy.

Developed in secrecy, the performance towboat is 23 feet, 5 inches in length and includes the company’s integrated surf platform.

Malibu’s design, engineering and athlete teams worked together on the M235.

“There’s no doubt about it. Tasked with developing the ultimate in performance and luxury, our team of product experts really delivered,” Malibu CEO Jack Springer said in a statement.

“The new M235 is absolutely incredible. It’s an instant classic designed for the uncompromising customer who wants nothing but the best of the best in life. The result is a once-in-a-lifetime boat beyond comparison, whether it’s at the dock or pulling the world’s best wakeboarders and -surfers. Our Malibu Pro Team athletes are fighting over the M235, which is what we knew would happen. I can’t blame them. This is the boat of everybody’s dreams.”
