Malibu Boats introduced the new Wakesetter 23 LSV for 2018, which seats 15 and has a deeper hull for additional storage space.

A new7 interior features a WakeView bench seat with a backrest that easily changes from aft facing to catch the riding action to forward facing.

"We're proud that our 23 LSV has been both our best-selling model and the world's bestselling towboat boat ever," Malibu Boats sales and marketing vice president Eric Bondy said in a statement. The 23 LSV combines Malibu's leadership in design, wake performance and luxury in a way that clearly works perfectly for so many watersports enthusiasts around the globe.”

The boat offers Malibu’s Integrated Surf Platform, or ISP, starting with the Wake Plus Hull. Malibu offers the choice of the Diamond Multisport Hull to create flatter wakes for slalom skiing. ISP is controlled at the dash by the Malibu Command Center.

The Power Wedge II hydrofoil adds up to 1,500 pounds of additional wake-generating water displacement. Belowdecks, L-shaped ballast tanks hold more water to create a larger wake. Optional plug and play ballast bags integrate with a gauging system that lets the driver accurately measure and read water levels, according to Malibu.
