MarineMax Pensacola at Bahia Mar receives award from Grady-White

Grady-White Boats named MarineMax Pensacola at Bahia Mar the winner of its 2018 Gold Anchor Award for top sales worldwide. The dealership also became a member of the Grady-White Admiral’s Circle.

The Gold Anchor Award goes to the dealer that achieves the highest total sales dollars among all Grady-White dealerships. The Admiral’s Circle award is for Grady-White dealerships that have achieved at least $2.5 million in retail sales for the model year.

MarineMax Pensacola at Bahia Mar also received Grady-White’s Customer Service Excellence Award, with customer satisfaction index scores of at least 9.5 on a 10-point scale.

“We are proud to be leaders in both sales and customer service for the Grady-White brand,” said Loren Kortum, MarineMax general manager, in a statement. “We are committed to finding the perfect boat for our customers and to helping them enjoy their time out on the water.”
