Marquis-Larson Boat Group hands out awards at dealer meeting

The Marquis-Larson Boat Group announced this year's award winners for sales achievements and company support at its annual dealer open house in Pulaski, Wis., on Friday.

Winners were named for each Marquis-Larson brand — Larson, Larson FX, Larson Escape, Striper, Carver and Marquis — as well as for the Larson Boat Group and Marquis/Carver.

"We think it's very important to recognize dealers who not only accomplish exceptional sales, but also engage deeply with the company and share our core values," said Marquis-Larson Boat Group president and CEO Rob Parmentier in a statement. "The success of the Marquis-Larson brands wouldn't be possible without our loyal and dedicated dealer partners, and we thank them for their vital contributions."

Tucker’s Marine of Apsley, Ontario, won for Larson sales; Hannay’s Marine, of Minneapolis, won for Larson FX sales. Morgan Marine, of Penn Yann, N.Y., took the award for Larson Escape sales.

St. James, N.Y.-based Great Oak Marine won for Striper sales.

Boomerang Marine and Sport in Alexandria and Melrose, Minn., won for sales of Larson Boat Group combined brands.

Groupe Thomas marine, with four locations in Canada, won for Carver Yachts sales.

Sovereign Marine Group, located in Stuart, Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., won for Marquis Yachts sales.

Parmentier handed out President's Awards to Boomerang Marine and Sport and Groupe Thomas Marine. The dealerships displayed excellent overall activity, engagement and support of the organization.

The winners were announced on the second night of the three-day dealer meeting, which included product announcements, marketing strategy and factory tours.
