The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries recently hosted Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and CNN's Randi Kaye for a tour of the oil-ravaged estuaries of Grand Terre aboard the agency's newest patrol boat, a 40-footer manufactured by Metal Shark Boats of Jeanerette, La.
