Monte Carlo Yachts plans new-boat debut in Lauderdale

The new flagship of the Monte Carlo range debuted earlier this year in Europe at the indoor Dusseldorf boat show.

Beneteau and Monte Carlo Yachts said the North American premiere of the Monte Carlo 6, or MC6, will be at the Nov. 5-9 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

The Monte Carlo line seeks to be part of the luxury motor cruiser flybridge segment, and it shares several attributes of the smaller boats in the MC line.

The salon’s configuration comfortably sits six people around a fold-out table and oversize windows offer 360-degree views of the water.

A full-beam master cabin aft has two panoramic windows. The forward cabin features an overhead skylight and round portholes.
