Monterey Boats treated employees after winning CSI awards in every category

Monterey Boats, based in Williston, Fla., hosted a company-wide employee event April 12 to celebrate the company’s 13th consecutive year winning the National Marine Manufacturers Association Consumer Satisfaction Index award.

The Marine Industry CSI Award recognizes manufacturers that measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer.

Award recipients are manufacturers that achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat in 2017.

Monterey Boats says it was also the only marine manufacturer to receive an award in every category of boats they produce.

The event kicked off beginning with a companywide group photo.

In a speech to the staff, Monterey co-chairman Charles Marshall expressed appreciation to each employee for all his hard work in helping Monterey Boats to achieve such accomplishments.

Charles Marshall and Jeff Marshall served lunch catered by Hills Barbeque.
