The Ferretti Group brand Pershing Yacht said the Pershing 82 VHP and Pershing 74 coupes were recently overhauled.

Pershing said the yachts were created by designer Fulvio De Simoni, in partnership with the Ferretti Group’s product strategy committee and engineering department, and feature reworked furnishings enriched with stylish new detailing and refined wood.

The builder said the Pershing 82 VHP (which stands for Very High Perfomance) not only has a new interior design scheme, but also has more powerful engines. The yacht has a cruising speed of 45 knots because of its new twin MTU 16V 2000 M69L engines, which generate 2,638 mhp at 2,450 rpm, together with Top System 95S surface propellers.

The Pershing 74 is equipped with twin MTU 12V 2000 M96L high-performance engines that generate 1,948 mhp. They have a top speed of 44 knots and a cruising speed of 40 knots.

The builder said key design features of the Pershing 74 include updated shades of the onboard decor and new Alpi wood and lacquer details, which provide a common thread through the rooms, appearing in everything from curtain and mirror frames to bathroom cabinets.
