Proof of claim deadlines set in Genmar case

Genmar's creditors have until Nov. 18 to file a proof of claim, according to court documents.

Governmental units have until Nov. 30 to file a proof of claim.

Also, a meeting of creditors is set for 2 p.m. Aug. 20 at U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Minneapolis. Creditors are welcome to attend, but not required to do so.

Also, the Unsecured Creditors Committee unveiled a new, improved Web site. This new site allows better functionality and easier navigation, and includes key contacts, a calendar, pleadings and other pertinent and relevant information to the case.
