Regulator Marine adds two Florida dealers

Offshore sportfishing boat manufacturer Regulator Marine announced the expansion of its dealer network.

The Boat House, a Florida dealer group with locations in Cape Coral, Port Charlotte and Naples, recently signed with Regulator as a new dealer. Bluewater Yacht Sales, a long-standing Regulator partner, expanded its existing footprint in Alabama and Louisiana to include a new location in Niceville, Fla., with another location expected to open in Okaloosa Island, Florida, in the coming months.

Together the new dealership locations represent what the company called “significant growth opportunities for Regulator” and complement Regulator’s presence on the east coast of Florida — in Dania Beach, at Cozy Cove Marina, and in Stuart, with Sovereign Marine Group.

“The Boat House is very excited to offer Naples a top-quality offshore fishing boat with superior fit and finish and the legendary Regulator ride,” The Boat House president Tom Hansen said. “From the 23 to the 34SS, Regulator is a perfect fit to fish or cruise the beautiful southwest Florida waters.”

Oyster Harbors Marine, a leading Regulator dealer since 1995 in Massachusetts, extended its territory to include New Hampshire and Maine.

“We are thrilled to welcome The Boat House into the Regulator family of dealers and to see our existing dealers growing their territories and businesses,” Regulator president Joan Maxwell said.

The expansion is added good news for Regulator after a potent2014 model year that saw a 46 percent increase in production.
