Sunsail teams up with magazine on charter themes

Sunsail and Sail magazine announced a new partnership called Flotilla Adventures, a series of flotilla sailing charters in the British Virgin Islands.

The themed sailing vacations will begin with a Family Fun flotilla in June, followed by an Action/Adventure flotilla in November. Each trip will feature a Sail host, as well as a Sunsail captain and host.

"Flotilla Adventures offers a new sailing experience to the large market of sailors interested in a sailing vacation," Sail publisher Josh Adams said in a statement. "This partnership combines Sunsail's vast flotilla experience with a Sail expert to create a memorable sailing week."

Flotilla Adventures starts June 10-17 with the Family Fun island-hopping flotilla adventure, hosted by Sail charter editor Meredith Laitos.
