Grady-White Announces Promotions

The company promoted Patrick Roosen to stockroom and warehouse manager and Josh Shore to senior buyer.

Grady-White Boats yesterday announced the promotions of two members from its team in Greenville, N.C.

Patrick Roosen was promoted to stockroom/warehouse manager from the purchasing team, where he has worked since 2018. Roosen will report to purchasing manager Wesley Hardee.

“Patrick has excelled in Grady-White’s purchasing department by maintaining an extremely accurate bill of materials,” vice president Jill Carraway said in a statement. “His experience, personal passion and leadership will be vital to strengthening our materials systems both now and in the future.”

Josh Shore, also a member of the purchasing team, was promoted to senior buyer. Shore joined Grady-White in 2018 and will also report to Hardee.

“Josh has gained extensive knowledge of our products and suppliers while persevering through extremely challenging supply-chain issues,” Hardee said in the statement. “This experience, combined with his creativity, enthusiasm for learning, and dedicated, unselfish work ethic, make him an outstanding choice for this role.”
