Twin Disc set to release earnings

Twin Disc will release its fiscal 2009 fourth-quarter and full-year financial results Aug. 4 before the market opens.

The company will host a conference call beginning at 2 p.m. EDT that same day to discuss these results and to answer questions. To participate, call (877) 941-6011 five to 10 minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin.

The call will also be broadcast live on the Internet at http://www.twindisc.com/companyinvestor.aspx.

Twin Disc manufactures marine and heavy duty off-highway power transmission equipment, including marine transmissions, surface drives, propellers and boat management systems, as well as power-shift transmissions, hydraulic torque converters, power takeoffs, industrial clutches and control systems.
