‘World’s Best Employers’ List Includes Brunswick

For the third consecutive year, Forbes and Stastita placed Brunswick Corp. on its list of the World’s Best Employers.

Brunswick ranked in the top 15 percent of all organizations, placing No. 104 of 800 overall (12 positions above last year’s ranking). It placed behind No. 102-ranked Vanguard, but above Progressive, Salesforce, Bain Capital and eBay.

Brunswick also ranked in the top 10 global companies in the engineering and manufacturing category.

“This award is a testament to our connected culture and recognizes our commitment to building an inclusive and diverse workplace to support our colleagues around the world,” Jill Wrobel, Brunswick executive vice president and chief human resources officer, said in a statement.

Caterpillar and BRP-owned Manitou also placed in the top 200.
