IGY Marinas, part of Island Global Yachting, added St. Katharine Docks Marina in London, England, to the list of its marinas under management. A statement said the 185-slip facility is the only marina in central London. The destination is owned by real estate funds managed by investment firm Blackstone.

St. Katharine Docks is about 40 nautical miles up the Thames River, adjacent to the Tower of London. The asset was renovated by Blackstone and has evolved into a waterside community, featuring a mix of commercial, residential, retail, food and beverage amenities that surround the marina.

“IGY is honored to have been selected to manage and flag the St. Katharine Docks Marina,” said CEO Thomas Mukamal in the statement. “This is a thrilling opportunity for IGY to showcase our industry-leading marina operations and global marketing platform.”
