Suzuki Partners with Tampa Bay Buccaneers


Suzuki Marine announced that it entered into a marketing partnership to be the official outboard of the National Football League’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Suzuki Marine U.S. headquarters is in Tampa, Fla.

The marketing effort will feature an assortment of promotional activities for the outboard manufacturer on local, regional and national levels, Suzuki said in a statement.

“This is a strong marketing partnership for us and makes great business sense for Suzuki on multiple levels,” Max Yamamoto, Suzuki Marine USA president, said in the statement. “Through this connection, Suzuki Marine will be a key player on the biggest sports stage in the United States, reaching millions of people across Florida, throughout the nation and even around the world.”

Added Buccaneers CEO Brian Ford: “We are excited to partner with Suzuki Marine. … Boating is a signature activity that defines the Florida lifestyle, and we look forward to collaborating with Suzuki Marine, our first-ever outboard motor partner, to create memorable moments on and off the water throughout Tampa Bay area over the next few years.”
