ASA Electronics buys Marine Audio

ASA Electronics, manufacturer of the Jensen Marine brand, recently purchased the assets of Marine Audio Engineering and Sales.

“I am confident that with ASA’s commitment to the industry the Marine Audio brand will continue to enhance the marine market for years to come,” Marine Audio CEO Dick Baker said in a statement.

Marine Audio will continue to service members of the American Boatbuilders Association through June 30 and all other customers through May 31.

“ASA has always respected and admired Marine Audio as a competitor because of their business philosophies and expertise in the industry,” ASA Electronics CEO Tom Irions said in a statement. “We are pleased to add Marine Audio to our extensive marine line.”
