Dometic Acquires Treeline Capital

Dometic yesterday announced that it acquired Treeline Capital, a company that provides aftermarket power solutions through its Balmar and CDI Electronics brands.

Dometic, a supplier of OEM and aftermarket components for the marine and outdoor markets, said in a statement that the acquisition strengthens its offerings and market presence in North America, particularly in the fast-growing mobile power segment.

Combined net sales in 2021 for CDI Electronics and Balmar were more than $16 million, and approximately 75 percent of net sales were derived from the marine service and aftermarket channels, according to Dometic.

Treeline has approximately 70 employees and is headquartered in Huntsville, Ala.
