Flexiteek will display new product in Miami

Flexiteek USA is partnering with Suzuki and Ankona to introduce their new Flexiteek 2G-PSA product.

Flexiteek USA, manufacturers of synthetic marine teak decking, is partnering with Suzuki and Ankona to introduce their new Flexiteek 2G-PSA product.

An Ankona skiff outfitted with a Suzuki 50A outboard engine and new C-10 color gauge and Flexiteek 2G-PSA will be on display at the 2016 Progressive Miami International Boat Show.

“Outfitting and displaying the Ankona skiff with Flexiteek 2G-PSA gives us the opportunity to show the real world application of this innovative product,” Flexiteek USA president and CEO Edward Hoch said in a statement.

“The new, unique, pressure sensitive application allows OEMs to install the same high-quality, handcrafted Flexiteek 2G product in 75 percent less time and speeds up delivery to the boat owner,” he said. “Bringing a time-saving and therefore, profit increasing, process to boat builders and giving boat owners the opportunity to spend more time on the water rather than performing tedious maintenance tasks is at the heart of our business. We’re excited about this new era of synthetic teak decking and can’t wait to present it at the show.”
