IMTRA announces management restructure

IMTRA said it has restructured key management and added new personnel to facilitate the company’s growth. The New Bedford, Mass.-based company is a manufacturer and importer of equipment for the boating, energy and transportation markets.

The company said in a statement that Colby Chevalier has been added to the IMTRA Leadership Team as Director of Product Management. Tom “TJ” Orr was hired to fill Chevalier’s position as Lighting Product Manager. Lisa Nolet, IMTRA’s long-time office manager, has been added to the Leadership Team as the Director of Customer Service. Derek Stern has been promoted to Director of Sourcing/Operations. Scott Stevens and Larry Lake have also been added to the Leadership Team with their focus on production and warehouse operations.

IMTRA has also added staff. Alex Sykes was hired as Commercial Product Manager, Joe Pimenta as Buyer and Joe Mediate as Consumer Sales Manager for IMTRA’s sister company Maximum Weather Instruments. The new staff will help continue IMTRA’s growth.

“The development of the Leadership Team prepares IMTRA for the future,” said Eric Braitmayer, IMTRA president and CEO, in the statement. “We are lucky to have an established and seasoned senior management team. Chip Farnham, Alex Larsen, Jeff Vancura and Peter Kilgore continue to join me in leading our overall operations.
