Jet Tern Marine, builder of Selene Ocean Trawlers, introduced a new line of motoryachts designed by Howard Chen, founder and president of Jet Tern.

The Artemis line will be built at the Jet Tern facility in Zhu-Hai, China, and eventually models from 36 to 66 feet will be developed. The first model in the Artemis series is a 46-footer, which debuted last month.

"This is a yacht with global potential," Chen said in a statement. "Our worldwide dealer network saw immediate interest in the Artemis and we believe there is great opportunity in the local Asian market as well."

The first four Artemis 46 yachts have been sold to customers in China.

The base price of a new Artemis 46 is estimated at $690,000 including freight and commissioning.
