“Boatbuilders know their customers want onboard satellite TV to enhance their enjoyment and time spent on their boats, and we are extremely pleased to be working with KVH to add satellite TV domes to our ever-expanding marine product portfolio,” says Dan Bartel, Garmin vice president of global consumer sales in a statement.

According to KVH, the GTV5 (45 cm/18 in diameter) and GTV6 (60 cm/24 in diameter) provide high-performance tracking and reception, and fast satellite. They are compatible with DIRECTV U.S., DISH Network, Bell TV, Sky Mexico, Sky Italia, and Sky U.K., and circular and linear Ku-band services worldwide. They are stabilized to enable boaters to watch hundreds of digital TV and movie channels via regional satellite services.
