Maine boatbuilding conference returns in December

Registration is open for the second annual Maine Built Boats Global Outreach Conference, set to take place Dec. 5 at the Maine Maritime Museum in Bath.

The Maine Built Boats Global Outreach Conference is designed for boatbuilders and repairers that hope to grow their business.

The only trade conference in Maine that is focused on marketing and business development for the marine industry, the conference is sponsored by Professional BoatBuilder Magazine and produced by Maine Built Boats, a nonprofit established in 2005 to strengthen and expand Maine’s boatbuilding industry.

MBB partners with the state and federal governments to leverage resources and develop a favorable business environment for the Maine boatbuilding industry. In addition, the organization is dedicated to supporting marine industry training and the development of technologies that enhance industry products and performance.
