Steven Uhthoff Inc., which provides marine surveys and consultation, launched a new website, which coincides with Uhthoff earning the designation of Accredited Marine Surveyor from The Society for Accredited Marine Surveyors.

The new website showcases Uhthoff's reputation along the East Coast as an objective and thorough marine surveyor, the company said in a release. Other sections of the site include "Weird Stuff We Find" and a description of the entire prepurchase survey process.

"Vessels Inspected" is a searchable database with photos of all vessels surveyed during the last five years.

Annapolis, Md.-based Steven Uhthoff Inc. was founded in 2006 after Uhthoff served as an apprentice under marine surveyor Robert Noyce.
