Mercury Marine launched its “Hello Summer Promotion,” which will allow consumers to take advantage of a special six-year limited warranty on 25-hp and below portable outboard engines.

“This is a great opportunity to start the summer off with a portable engine promotion that offers consumers an extra three years of warranty,” Mercury Marine vice president of the Americas & Asia Pacific Randy Caruana said in a statement.

The promotion is effective for eligible 2.5- through 25-hp portable engine sales only (excluding boat packages). Units must be manufactured in current calendar year and four immediately preceding years. The offer is valid July 1through July 31.
