Mercury Marine added Michelle Dauchy as chief marketing officer.
Dauchy has nearly two decades of global marketing experience with S.C. Johnson, managing brands and P&Ls in more than 15 business segments across 80 countries.
She has experience using consumer insights to deliver strong brand and product innovation to the global marketplace. Prior to S.C Johnson, Dauchy held senior leadership positions at Bankers Trust Co. and Chemical Bank in New York.
“Michelle’s global experience and vast expertise in consumer marketing made her the ideal candidate for this position,” Mercury Marine president John Pfeifer said in a statement. “We are looking forward to having Michelle integrated into all aspects of the global business and provide leadership to our strong global marketing team.”

Dauchy has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA in marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
