OceanLED announces personnel moves

OceanLED said it appointed Nicole Squartino as its new creative marketing director and Oscar Socarras as territory sales manager for the Northeast, Midwest and Latin American markets.

“Nicole and Oscar’s addition to the OceanLED team signals the company’s continued growth and investment in hiring leaders,” OceanLED U.S. general manager Don DeMott said in a statement. “Their dynamic backgrounds in the marine industry, marketing, sales and dealer development is a natural next phase of our business.”

OceanLED said Squartino will oversee all aspects of the organization’s marketing and advertising to help drive brand awareness throughout the world. With nearly 15 years of experience as a senior graphic designer and marketing director, she has extensive advertising, branding and communications experience and has worked with several high-profile organizations building brands globally.

The company said Socarras will oversee and strengthen current accounts while strategically developing new sales channels in his region. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, including international and domestic sales, OEM sales, purchasing and account management.
