PWC owner rallies will return to Florida

WaterTop Unlimited is producing two personal watercraft owner events in Florida this spring.

The Indian River PWC Easter Egg Hunt in Melbourne, Fla., is set for March 28 and the Skyway PWC Poker Run in St. Petersburg, Fla., takes place April 11.

After a two-year hiatus from producing recreational PWC owner events, WaterTop Unlimited president Tim McKercher said the time was right to bring PWC rallies back.

"People have been pulling back on their fun for the past two years because of the economic slowdown, but attitudes are changing and people are ready to have fun again," McKercher said in a statement. "People want to go have fun on the water and after a record cold winter in the Southeast, 2010 is the right time to bring back the owner/enthusiast events."
