SNAME training courses set for November

The Society of Naval Architects and Engineers scheduled six pre-meeting training courses to run in the days immediately prior to the SNAME 2013 Annual Meeting and Expo Nov. 6-8 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue in Bellevue, Wash.

The opportunity is offered to companies that regularly provide training courses to naval architects and marine and ocean engineers.

Early registration discounts of as much as $200 are available until Oct. 14.

Pre-conference courses include a HydroComp NavCad best practices training course, an introduction to liquefied natural gas for naval architects and marine engineers, a FINE/Marine workshop, an introduction to Arctic engineering, a creative systems training course using GHS software and a virtual tow tank course.
