Twin Disc appoints president and COO

Twin Disc named James Feiertag as COO and president. Feiertag assumes the role of president, previously held by CEO John Batten, and replaces COO Mac Moore, who is retiring.

Feiertag will be responsible for overseeing operations, sales, marketing, distribution and engineering.

Feiertag has been president and CEO of Bemis Manufacturing Co. in Sheboygan Falls, Wis., since 2014. Prior to that, he was worked at Twin Disc for 14 years, most recently as executive vice president.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jim back to Twin Disc,” Batten said in a statement. “His leadership, knowledge and experience in our markets, coupled with his intimate knowledge of our company, will serve us well.”
