Veethree Electronics and Marine appointed The Charles A. Perry Company as its OEM manufacturer's representative for the South and Southeastern United States, and Derema Group as its OEM manufacturer's representative for the Northeastern and Western U.S.

Illinois-based Veethree recently acquired the assets of Teleflex Inc.'s gauge division in Sarasota, Fla., and will continue to supply the existing product lines servicing the marine market.

"The Charles A. Perry Company and Derema Group had represented Teleflex Instruments for many years, so their knowledge of the product and the marine market enables us to hit the ground running," said Phil Rothe, marine sales manager for Veethree, in a statement.
