Veratron US launches factory-direct program

Veratron US, the North American office for the manufacturer of analog and digital displays marketed as VDO Marine and veratron, has launched a distributor and dealer factory-direct program. A company statement said that the plan streamlines distribution, while improving processing and delivery time.

“Ideal for OEMs and custom boatbuilders, orders are sent from Switzerland via FedEx with a reasonable delivery window of 3 to 4 days,” noted the statement. “Smaller orders are drop-shipped from the veratron US warehouse in Pennsylvania. For North American repair yards working on European boats, the dealer factory-direct program is especially helpful when sourcing scarce components and parts.”

The North American office of Veratron US was opened this spring.
