Yamaha WaterCraft, a division of Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A., launched redesigned and updated mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
The Yamaha WaterCraft app was named best in the marine industry by the Marine Marketers Association. The app allows users to see all of the latest WaveRunner and boat models, including specifications, photos, videos, feature call-outs, sales promotions and competitive comparisons.
It also includes live feeds from Twitter, Facebook and YouTube so users can stay on top of the latest information from Yamaha, as well as an inbox for users to receive news and other special offers.
“Our mobile apps are an integral part of the overall Yamaha brand experience and a catalyst for deepening our relationships with customers around our products,” Yamaha Watercraft digital marketing and communications manager Andrew Cullen said in a statement. “These updates for 2014 build on the already award-winning experience we’ve created to bring further value to users and we anticipate additional updates throughout the season.”
