Zodiac Marine CEO Patrice Henry recently stepped down.

According to French marine website ActuNautique.com, he will be replaced by Olivier Sauty de Chalon, who has a reputation for turning around troubled companies whose turnover is between 20 and 150 million euros.

Missions usually involve taking executive branches of companies to restructure the top and bottom of the balance sheet, the website said.
