Making the switch from halogen lights to LEDs just got easier. Contoure International Inc. manufactures LEDs that fit a variety of lamps and are comparable to a 10-watt xenon or halogen light, according to the Sarasota, Fla., company.

The 12-volt DC LEDs require just 2.4 watts of electricity and provide 40,000 hours of service. With multiple color options available, they can be controlled with Contoure's dimmers and switches.
