The connectors expand the range of Deutsch connector options where excessive heat is a factor, according to the company. The connectors are manufactured from temperature-resistant thermoplastic and are designed for applications with temperatures ranging from minus 131 F to 302 F. Connectors are available in two-position, inline plugs and receptacles; accept standard No. 20 Deutsch contacts that carry 7.5 amps each; and have integrated, keyed wedge locks for fast assembly. Deutsch is also offering designed-to-fit high-temperature straight and 90-degree backshells for the connectors. Pricing is available from the company.
