SecureStack 6-gallon fuel tanks

Two smaller fuel tanks are better than one larger tank, according to Unified Marine Inc., manufacturer of SeaSense marine and trailer accessories.

SecureStack 6-gallon fuel tanks can be stacked on top of each other, making it easier and safer to handle, haul and stow fuel, says Kevin Mullins, SeaSense creative director. Grooves on the top and bottom of the high-density polyethylene tanks keep them in place.

The tanks can also be further secured using one of the grooves on the tank top to accept a tie-down strap. The corner-mounted fuel cap makes pouring fuel from the portable tank to a fuel tank easier, safer and cleaner, says Mullins. When used with the optional dual fuel line assembly, two tanks essentially become one 12-gallon tank. The tanks, which retail for $29.95, are available now, while the dual fuel line will be available soon. Contact: SeaSense, (800) 282-8725. www.seasense.com
