The stainless-steel trim kit wraps neatly around the oven, says Bill Stewart, Contoure national sales manager. "This is one of the first ovens that includes the built-in assembly," he says. "Normally, it is sold separately. Of course, you can still position the unit on the galley countertop." The oven has 1 cubic foot of cooking space, digital interactive display, and 10 power levels. The oven, which sells for $229.95, measures 19.1 by 11.3 by 15.6 inches, and trim dimensions are 20.6 by 15 inches. Contact: Contoure, (941) 355-4488. www.contoure.com
