Builders Embrace Mercury’s New Verado

Mercury Marine yesterday debuted a 600-hp, V-12 Verado, and several boatbuilders have said they will offer the outboard as standard equipment or an option.

Formula said its 500 Super Sport Crossover will use the engines in a quad setup, and Tiara said it will hang triple 600s on the 48LS. Sea Ray said its SLX 400 will have twin Verado 600s for the 2022 model year.
