Ontario,-based Limestone Boat Co. said it delivered its first production model, an L-200CC center console, late last month and expects to deliver more in the coming weeks. It’s the first model off the line following the company’s relaunch last summer, when production was relocated to a 145,000 square-foot facility in White Bluffs, Tenn.

“The L-200CC was our very first Limestone model produced in our facility, and it’s exciting to see the fruits of our labor roll out,” CEO Scott Hansen said in a statement.

Shipments of other models, including the L-290CD, L-250R and L-200R, are scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter, with other models to come in 2022.

Following Limestone’s May acquisition of Ebbtide Holdings, the builder of the Aquasport and Boat Bay, the company announced a new flagship and website for the Aquasport brand. The Aquasport 3000CC center console is expected to debut later this summer and be available for order (and delivery) this fall.

In addition, Limestone said it is making progress on its partnership with Vision Marine Technologies, with models from both Limestone and Aquasport to be powered by Vision’s 180-hp electric outboard.

“Our plan is to debut one, if not both, of these models with EV options during the upcoming fall boat show season, which will add yet another exciting option for our customers,” Hanson said.
